My life as I knew it ended on Thursday morning at 6:34 am. My husband, my best friend, the love of my life- Zach…..died yesterday.
The main artery to his heart was 90% occluded, which means that his heart was only getting 10% of the blood that it needed. His heart stopped suddenly, and it died quickly. My heart, unfortunately, is still beating – but is broken.
I can’t imagine life going on without him.
Asia – I can’t imagine what you are going through right now. Zach was a great friend at all times and you two were perfect for each other. I will miss all the cold mornings surfing with him in Santa Cruz and meeting up most years at Christmas to snowboard in Utah. My prayers are with you at this time.

Oh Asia :( I’m so sorry. I don’t even have the words.
Asia, as soon as I found out, Ive prayed a lot today for you to be comforted. I cant even tell you how sorry I am for you. I told erin earlier that I wish all your friends and loved ones could each take a huge chunk of your pain away from you, till you’re happy and feeling peaceful again.
It may be hard to see now, but this was all part of Heavenly Fathers plan for Zach’s life and yours….for some good reason. Remember Asia, that you are NEVER alone. Your Heavenly Father wants to comfort you as much as youll let him.

asia, i am so sorry to hear about zach. he was always such a nice and considerate guy when we were all in the branch together. he seemed very confident and authentic and genuine, and i am grateful to have known him. i know that we lost touch after you got married, but please know i care about you and am thinking about you right now.

wow asia, i just found out tonight, i am so sorry. i know you hear that from everybody but just know you are not alone. he will be with you always, and you are soooo loved. he was a great man, your perfect other half. I’m so glad you got to do so much stuff together, you made his life worth living for. i love you so much, and you’ll be in my prayers.

Words will never be adequate to express the sorrow that I have in my heart for you and what you are going through right now. It was so amazing to see you and Zach together…everyone could see the love that shined around the two of you. I know that love will never end or stop just because you can’t see him anymore. He is and always will be with you.

Although I don’t know you guys very well, and mostly through Floyd and Christie, I just wanted to let you know you are in our prayers. My kids and I have great memories of Zach when we came up for Karlee’s baptism. He truly was a GREAT guy!

Asia, I am so glad you and Zach were together. Without you, he would never have known true love. You made everything in his life better. I look at the pictures of you two together and I can see how happy you were. You were beautiful together. I am so sorry for our loss, but even more for your loss. Some people go their whole life without finding true love, but at least you have him in your heart. We are all family and we love you. I will pray for you.
