Best Word Press Themes has one-column, two-column, three-column, magazine Layout, photo gallery layout, and specialized themes. Most of which are free!

WordPress Theme Land has little thumbnails of each theme so you can quickly find something that you like.

Kate’s Theme Viewer probably has the most free WordPress Themes out there.
